No Perfect People Allowed!
Here at The River
we know that no one is perfect;
we have all made mistakes. The
good news is God loves you
anyhow! At The River we don’t
expect perfection. Every one of
us comes with “baggage” and
that’s OK. If we were perfect we
wouldn’t need anyone, but we’re
not so we need a God who loves
us unconditionally and we need
others who will accept us as we
are without judgment.
No matter what
your background, no matter who
you are, no matter what you may
or may not have done; God loves
you and so do we. God completely
accepts us, but He doesn’t want
to leave us just as we are; He
wants to bring transformation to
our lives. At The River we want
to be a place where you can
belong and a place where you can
become everything that God
intended for you. In fact, at
The River we say, “No perfect
people allowed!”
Here at The River
we believe that God not only has
the desire to know you
personally; He wants you to know
Him personally as well. And He
wants to work in your life; to
mold and shape you more and more
into the image of Jesus Christ.
In addition to that, we believe
that God has a specific purpose
for your life.
